Outreach

According to the great commission our job is to evangelize the world. We take that literally here at A.L.T. We are reaching out in several different methods. From street evangelism to devotionals at senior care facilities we are sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and seeing results.

Food Bank: We've reorganized the Food Bank recently and serve far less people, but with more Spiritual impact. We served hundreds per month for years, but now we are only serving a few. Those are emergency needs and they are now required to come to service. We have seen this outreach make a difference in the spiritual lives of individuals in need. For inquiries or to request help with food please call the church @ 419-747-4441.

Light Our City: We go out into the surrounding communities and do work that is needed done in the neighborhoods and parks. This is done by getting involved with other churches to accomplish one goal, to show the love of Jesus Christ. It's a tremendous time to be able to bless the communities while developing and strengthening bonds with other Christians. For more information please go to https://facebook.com/lightourcity.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SERVICE: During the spring and summer months when there is warm weather, we go out of the four walls of the church and help those in need in the community and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. This can be cleaning up a yard, doing some minor repairs or visiting and fellowshiping with those that can't make it outside. This is an awesome time of being together and showing the love of Jesus Christ!

VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA: Every Tuesday evening, there is a Bible Study at the VOA facility. The Lord's word is being brought forth to men that are in need of His Love and Mercy. These men are being blessed and turning their lives over to Jesus Christ! PTL! It's a time of great fellowship that they get to have and are free to worship God! Bonds are being broken and restoration is coming to those men at VOA!

ELMCROFT: On the 4th Tuesday of each month, a group goes to Elmcroft nursing home to minister in song and fellowship. The residents seem to really enjoy this time together. They love to sing along and bless The Lord. This is a tremendous time of being with one another and showing the love of Jesus Christ.
